forms have been provided on paper and submitted to the authorities,
either by fax, mail or courier can be replaced by the Secure E-Form.
All information submitted remains strictly confidential. The strict
confidential nature of the information is maintained by having the
body of the message digitally encrypted and signed on the local
computer and sent to authorities. With Secure E-Form, users are
able to submit standard www forms with confidence using Internet
browsers. The sender is guaranteed that their information has not
been viewed by people who are not supposed to see it, and the recipient
is secure in the knowledge that the information actually comes from
the person the submitter claims to be. The features of Secure E-Form
can be applied to high value Internet transactions. With Secure
E-Form, it is not only the operating cost of authorities is lowered

In addition to the traditional smart card approach of security
access, Secure E-Form provides a more convenient, more mobile
and lower costs approach. Users do not have to carry the smart
cards, neither smart-card reader nor PKI software has to be installed
in users' PCs. Secure E-Form user applications can be stored in
servers and are activated by browser in any PCs through Internet.
